The information you provide will be used by us for the preparation of various accounting and financial information as well as in the preparation of tax returns and various forms required to conduct ours and your business reporting. All information in respect of our examination and preparation of working papers (and any content marked confidential) is AMERICAN EAGLE BUSINESS SERVICES proprietary property and confidential information.

We do not share any information about our clients or former clients except as requested by authorized federal, state or local government and tax agencies or you have expressed your desire to share information in writing. We may contact you to verify such requests from non-government entities.

Confidentiality of Your Information.

All information that AMERICAN EAGLE BUSINESS SERVICES acquired about you through your use of the Services, including your identity and the subjects of your interactions is considered by to be confidential information. We will not sell, license or provide to any person (other than you) any transaction data that directly or indirectly identifies you without your prior written consent.

Other than as set forth above, AMERICAN EAGLE BUSINESS SERVICES will not disclose or make available to any third party, directly or indirectly, any of your confidential information, except in furtherance of your use of the Services, to enforce this or any Engagement/Agreement or if legally compelled to do so.
